Shipping & Delivery

We ship with UPS all over North America. If you have an account with another shipping provider, we will gladly ship with them if you like. Please contact us prior to your order and we can arrange shipping.

Shipping costs are relative to the weight of the product and the distance the item has to travel. Items will usually be shipped within 24 hours but may take up to 48 hours.

 

Warranty, Returns & Replacements

2 Year Warranty: Lumenstar Energy Inc. covers all products from manufacturer's defects for a period of two years from the purchase date.

• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • If it is deemed a manufacturers defect, shipping charges will be credited

Returns or exchanges of non-defective product can be made within 30 days of purchase. Buyer will incur a 10% restocking fee and pay for applicable shipping charges. Only products that are new with original packaging can be returned for a full refund or credit Original bill of sale is required on all returns

Ordering online is an easy process with Lumenstar. You can order in one of two ways; Login with your personal account or as a guest. If you don't have an account click here to create one. If you log in with your personal account it will be easy to see or change an order, check previous orders, see shipping status and get custom pricing. Your shipping information will be securely kept on our server.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Lumenstar accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We will also accept personal and business checks, but please contact us first if you would like to use this payment method.

Lumenstar offer discounts for volume purchasers. We will individually tailor your account to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss pricing options available to you.

Lumenstar offers many great promotions throughout the year, some restrictions may apply. Promotions will be offered on our website and also in our monthly newsletters. If you would like to receive newsletters, you can sign up through your account or on the left side of most pages.

To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period and/or include any necessary promotion codes. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer.
