3 Year Warranty: Lumenstar LED Lighting Inc. covers all products from manufacturer's defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
- Email Lumenstar before returning product: contact@lumenstarled.com
- An RMA # will be issued
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- If it is deemed a manufacturers defect, shipping charges will be credited
Returns or exchanges of non-defective product can be made within 30 days of purchase. Only products that are new with original packaging can be returned for a full refund or credit, original bill of sale is required on all returns.
